These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between our LMS SaaS platform and each school, campus, training center, or educational institution that creates an account, uses the free plan, or subscribes to a paid plan on the platform.
Our platform provides a software-as-a-service learning management environment designed for schools and educational institutions. Depending on the selected plan, the service may include course management, user administration, instructor management, academic content delivery, communication tools, reporting features, and subscription-based institutional access.
By registering or subscribing, the school confirms that it is acting through an authorized representative who has the authority to bind the institution to these Terms & Conditions. The school is responsible for all activity carried out under its institutional account, including the actions of administrators, instructors, staff members, and other invited users.
Schools are strongly encouraged to evaluate the platform through the free plan before purchasing any paid subscription. The free plan is intended to help the school review the platform, test core workflows, validate internal needs, and confirm that the service is suitable for its academic and operational requirements before proceeding to a paid commitment.
Paid access is provided according to the plan selected by the school. By subscribing, the school accepts the features, limits, billing cycle, and pricing associated with the chosen plan. It is the responsibility of the school to review plan limits, capacities, and included features before completing payment.
All subscription fees, renewal fees, upgrade charges, service charges, and related payments made by the school are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. No refund will be granted for partial use, internal change of decision, unused capacity, mistaken selection of a plan, or failure by the school to evaluate the platform through the free plan before subscribing.
For clarity, the school is expected to test the solution through the free plan before committing to any paid subscription. Once a paid subscription is activated or renewed, the corresponding fees remain due and are not refundable.

The school may not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful to users, or disruptive to the service. The school must not upload illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or use the service for purposes unrelated to legitimate educational or institutional activity.
The school remains responsible for the content, documents, course materials, and user data that it uploads or manages through the platform. The school confirms that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use such content and data within the service. The platform may process that information solely for the purpose of delivering the subscribed service and supporting legitimate platform operations.
We may improve, update, maintain, or modify the platform from time to time in order to strengthen security, performance, usability, or compliance. While we aim to provide a stable service, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical reasons, or events beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where a school breaches these Terms & Conditions, uses the service unlawfully, fails to respect billing obligations, or creates a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of the service. Suspension or termination does not create any right to a refund of paid fees.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, business model, or compliance requirements evolve. Continued use of the platform by the school after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
